Belgravia Group Ltd., a Chicago-based developer, is making its debut in the Phoenix area with plans for building Portico – North Scottsdale. The new developments calls for building 112 luxury condominiums on a 5.4 acre parcel located northeast of Scottsdale Road and Loop 101. There will be nine separate buildings, some with as few as eight units while the largest will have 26 units. All of the buildings will be no taller than five stories.
Additional features include a generously sized 540 square foot outdoor living areas for a seamless indoor/outdoor living experience and to take advantage of the views of the McDowell Mountains. There will be an underground parking garage complete with a private elevator for resident use. The development will also include a resort-style pool and entertaining area, outdoor kitchen, clubhouse, fitness center, and parks.
The condominiums will feature units that range between 1,200 square foot 1-bedroom condos to 2,800 square foot 4-bedroom condos. Prices are planned to be between $540,000 to $1.42 million. The project has been submitted to the city of Scottsdale Design Review Board for approval, with construction to start sometime near the end of this year.
Belgravia Group Ltd. is building this project as a part of with DMB Associate’s One Scottsdale, a large mixed-use development that will include up to 2.8 million square feet of retail and office space, 2,000 residential units and 400 hotel rooms upon completion.
