The Gina McKinley Group – A Year in Review

While 2021 had its ups and downs, we finished the year in the top 1% of the 47,000 agents in ARMLS for Maricopa & Pinal counties. This is a great accomplishment and we are so thankful to our clients for their support this past year. We couldn’t have done this without you!

A few other important distinctions from the average MLS agent:

Our average sales to list price ratio is 102%, while the ARMLS sales to list price ratio is 100.5%.  This means on average, we get our clients 2% more than their asking price while the competition gets 0.5% over asking.  For a $850,000 house, that’s an additional $12,750 more in your pocket!

On top of that, our average days on market is 21 days before selling, while the ARMLS average is 32 days.  This means on top of getting our clients more money, we sell homes 35% faster than the average agent!
